Version of 17 October 2026

Appvelio beta terms of service

These terms set the rules for using the Appvelio beta, a service provided electronically. They are issued under Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means. You accept them when you create an account.

1. Service provider

The service is provided by the operator of Appvelio:

We will add the controller's full details and a contact address before the first invitations go out.

Send messages about anything, including complaints, to the service provider's contact address.

2. Terms used

  • Service: Appvelio, that is the panel at app.appvelio.eu and the e-mails we send from it.
  • Beta: an early, free version of the Service for people with an invitation.
  • User: a person who has created an Account.
  • Account: password-protected access to the Service.
  • Data source: an account in an outside service that you connect to Appvelio, for example App Store Connect.

3. What we offer

The Service fetches data from connected Data sources and shows downloads, sales, revenue, store impressions and version releases in the panel, on one time axis with events. In the morning you can get a short readout of changes by e-mail.

The beta works with the App Store Connect Data source. Google Play and RevenueCat are in the works and are not available until they launch.

The Service is not advice. We show numbers and events that happened at the same time, but we don't claim one caused the other. Business decisions are yours.

4. The beta: free and without guarantees

The beta is free. We charge no fees and take no commission on your revenue.

It is a test version. We don't guarantee continuous availability, freedom from errors, or that data will always be complete and current. Data sources publish data with a delay, and missing data is shown as “—”.

We may change beta features, take the Service down for maintenance and end the beta. We will tell you by e-mail at least 14 days before the beta ends. We will not move you to a paid version without your explicit consent.

5. Technical requirements

You need a device with internet access, a current browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an e-mail account. To connect App Store Connect you need an Apple Developer Program account and permission to create an API key.

6. Account and the contract

During the beta you can create an Account only with an invitation from the waitlist or an invitation to a team. The contract is made when you create an Account and accept these terms, and it runs for an indefinite period.

Give a real e-mail address and keep your password safe. Don't share your Account with others; team invitations are there for working together. If you think someone knows your password, change it and write to us.

7. Your obligations

  • Use the Service in line with the law, these terms and good practice.
  • Do not provide unlawful content.
  • Connect only accounts you are entitled to use, and only as far as your agreements with their providers allow, for example your agreement with Apple.
  • Do not get around security measures, overload the Service or try to reach other Users' data.

8. API keys and the access they give

To fetch data we need an API key for the Data source. In App Store Connect a key with the Sales and Reports role is enough for downloads and revenue. The Admin role is needed once, to switch on Apple's analytics reports.

With the key we fetch sales and analytics reports, the list of apps and their versions. The only change we make in your Apple account is a one-time request for ongoing analytics reports, when the key has the Admin role.

We encrypt the key before storing it. It never reaches logs or server responses, and we never show it again. You can disconnect a Data source in the panel at any time: we then delete the key, and the data already fetched stays in the Account until you delete it.

If you think a key has leaked, revoke it in App Store Connect and write to us.

9. We act on your behalf towards Apple

When you connect App Store Connect, we are your Service Provider within the meaning of section 2.9 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. This means that:

  • we use Apple's services only on your behalf and only to provide the Service to you;
  • we show App Store Connect data only to you and the people you invite to your team; we don't use it for our own purposes, sell it or share it with anyone;
  • we treat it as confidential and protect it at least as well as your agreement with Apple requires;
  • we follow terms at least as restrictive as those that bind you towards Apple;
  • when you disconnect the source we delete the key, and when you delete the Account or the contract ends we delete the data fetched from App Store Connect.

You remain responsible to Apple, as the developer, for the use of its services.

10. Data from connected accounts

Data from your Data sources belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service to you. The reports we fetch contain aggregate numbers about apps, not personal data of your customers.

How we process your personal data is described in the privacy policy.

11. Deleting the Account and ending the contract

You can end the contract at any time, without notice: delete the Account in the panel or write to us. We then delete the Account's data, including API keys and data fetched from Data sources, as described in the privacy policy.

We can end the contract with 14 days' notice by e-mail, including when the beta ends. We can block an Account straight away if you seriously breach these terms or the law, for example by trying to break into the Service. We will tell you why.

12. Complaints

Send a complaint by e-mail to the service provider's contact address. Say what it is about and what you expect. We will reply by e-mail within 14 days of receiving it.

13. Liability

The beta is free and a test version, so as far as the law allows we are not liable for damage caused by downtime, errors or delays in data from Data sources. This limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally or to consumer rights that cannot be limited.

14. Risks

Using the internet carries risks, for example password phishing or malware. Before signing in, check that the address is app.appvelio.eu. We never ask for your password or an API key by e-mail.

15. Consumers

If you are a consumer, or a sole trader making a contract directly connected with your business that is not of a professional nature for you, you have consumer rights. These terms do not limit them.

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of making it without giving a reason: just delete the Account or write to us. You can also use out-of-court ways of resolving disputes, for example the help of a local consumer ombudsman.

16. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for important reasons: changes in the law, changes in the Service's features, security, or the end of the beta. We will e-mail you at least 14 days before a change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can delete the Account in that time. Changes do not apply retroactively.

17. Law and disputes

The contract is governed by Polish law. As a consumer you keep the protection given by the mandatory law of the country where you live. Disputes are settled by the court that has jurisdiction under the general rules.
